oven grilled baby back ribs

So it is too cold and wet to go outside and barbecue, but you really want some tasty BBQ meat. Take these tasty ribs, throw them in the oven, and call them barbecued! They taste just as good.

Oven Baked Barbecue Ribs Ingredients

3 pounds of pork back ribs - once you do the recipe a few times, you can probably add more ribs and still have enough sauce.
1 medium onion, finely chopped.
1 1/2 cups of your favourite store brand barbecue sauce. This adds bulk to your sauce.
1 teaspoon paprika.
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper - fresh from a pepper mill if you have it available.
1 teaspoon chili powder.
1/2 cup brown sugar.
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder - more if you love your garlic.
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 cup sugar - white
2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon celery salt

Oven Baked Barbecue Ribs Directions

Mix all the ingredients except the ribs together in a medium saucepan.
Warm the sauce on the stove, do not boil.
Place the ribs in large roasting pan. For easier serving, cut the ribs apart now.
Baste the ribs with the sauce and put them in the oven at 375F for 30 minutes
Start turning the ribs and adding more sauce. Pour the sauce into the pan with the ribs if you want, just make sure there is lots of sauce in with the ribs.
Make sure the ribs have been in for about one hour, have lots of sauce, then serve and enjoy them.
