BBQ Pork Tenderloin Directions
Add all of the following ingredients to a blender/food processor: soy sauce, shallots, garlic, salt, pepper, honey, garlic, lemon juice and parsley.
Place pork tenderloin in a container that can be covered and refrigerated.
Blend together all the ingredients in the blender/food processor and pour over the tenderloin. Turn the tenderloin in the container to fully coat with sauce.
Cover container and refrigerate for approximately 4 hours. Overnight if possible.
Set the BBQ to high and allow to preheat.
Place the pork tenderloin on the BBQ when hot, and reduce the heat to medium low. Keep the left over marinade for later.
Sear each side and allow it to cook for 20 minutes.
Remove from BBQ and let the pork stand for approximately 5 minutes to re-absorb the juices.
Slice as desired.
Place the left over marinade in a pot and bring to a boil on the stove.
Boil for approximately 5 minutes until the marinade is slightly reduced and pour over the sliced pork tenderloin.
Serve and enjoy!
